Motorists in the UK can receive up to £4,000 towards a new Toyota car by trading in their old vehicle.
The schemes have been introduced to entice drivers to swap their older vehicle to a less-polluting, lower emissions car.
In the UK car emissions produced by cars contributes to around 40,000 premature deaths every year.
While the idea of a scrappage scheme was proposed by the Government earlier this year, the idea was shelved until a later date.
Manufacturers have now stepped up to push toward low-emissions travel.
Toyota is offering up to £1,00 of the C-HR and up to £2,000 off the hybrid Prius and Hilux.
The larger vehicles benefit from a bigger discount with SUVs such as the RAV4 benefiting from a £3,500 price cut and £4,000 for the Land Cruiser if you trad-in you old cars.
The deal runs from today until the end of the year. It is applicable for any vehicle which is more than seven years old and has been owned by its current owner for six months or longer.
