Sky Sports gets a MAJOR price cut, as new deal drops price to £8.50 a month | Tech | Life & Style


TalkTalk has debuted its “best ever” Sky Sports deal ahead of the start of the Premier League this Friday.

Branded “Britain’s lowest priced Sky Sports bundle”, the telecom company is offering their Fast Broadband package with Sky Sports for £28.45 for 18 months, or the speedier Faster Fibre package with Sky Sports for £35 for 18 months.

That works out as only £8.50 for the additional Sky Sports bundle – a saving of £25.50 when compared to the provider’s usual prices.

There’s also no activation fee and the monthly cost includes a free TV box and line rental.

Customers will , including Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Premier League, Sky Sports Football, Sky Sports Cricket, Sky Sports Golf, Sky Sports F1, Sky Sports Action, Sky Sports Arena.

Sky introduced these new channels as part of a major shake-up earlier this year.

TalkTalk is offering a similar deal to films fans, too.

Picking its Sky Cinema Boost instead, customers will pay £27.95 a month for 17Mb broadband and all 11 Sky Cinema channels.

You can pick-up Sky Sports and Sky Cinema for £36.45. Both broadband deals are valid before August 17th 2017, TalkTalk has confirmed.

Customers who are already with TalkTalk can simply add Sky Sports to their current package for £8.50 a month.

The news comes as to reward customers who have remained faithful to the satellite television and broadband provider.

Dubbed Sky VIP, the new programme includes the chance to grab thousands of free tickets, to events like the British Masters and the Premier League, as well as exclusive preview screenings of the latest blockbuster movies.

Some VIP members will also be able to access , as well as benefit from free set-up for Sky Fibre, free Sky Go Extra and free Sky Q set-up.

To celebrate the launch of its new scheme, Sky offered existing customers a free Sky Store movie download.
